About JPaul & Nichole
Hi, we’re Nichole and Jpaul! We are long-time locals to the Navarre area and are active in the community. We were childhood sweethearts who found their way back to each other and married in 2016. Between our 8 children, we like to think of ourselves as a modern-day Brady Bunch!
We have a big heart for our community and foster a culture of gratitude in our home. We love to give back to the Gulf Coast Foster Bridge and the local homeless community, among other local outreaches.
We have 7+ years of experience in Emerald Coast real estate. When the coronavirus hit, we held our breath and took the plunge to create safe vacation spots in which you don’t even have to leave home to have a full vacation experience.
Seeing how the virus left us all wanting a safe and controlled environment, we decided to build a brand that caters to families and focuses on “Vacation in a Box”, with everything you need right on-site. We wanted to give our guests the ability to enjoy a vacation, but still be able to stay safe.
In 2021, we opened our first short-term rental and Serendipity Seekers was born.
In the fall of 2021, we purchased a sailboat named Serendipity. Our plan is to sail around searching for new vacation rental opportunities. Our goal is to one property for each of our 8 children to one day own and operate.
Our vision is to show our family that the world is much bigger than the town they see on a daily basis. Our world is much bigger than our own backyard. We are all part of a global community just ready to be explored and experienced.
